Paulo, how did your journey as an entrepreneur begin, and how was Solar Uno born?
After many years as an executive in multinational companies, I felt it was time to build something of my own. A friend mentioned the emerging market for photovoltaic solar energy, and that caught my attention.
Since I am not an engineer, I sought technical training at UNICAMP and spoke with professionals who were already working in the field.
From this, SOLAR UNO was born — an integrator specializing in the design and installation of photovoltaic solar energy systems. It was the perfect combination of purpose, technology, and the desire to undertake projects with impact.
What sets Solar Uno apart in today's solar energy market?
Our biggest differentiator is how we relate to our clients.
We don't have salespeople: we work exclusively with referrals.
Family, friends, neighbors, acquaintances… and then, the clients themselves who recommend us because they had an exceptional experience.
And that makes all the difference: I myself am the first person to talk to the interested party.
Closeness, care, and transparency have always been our trademark.
What was the most significant impact of associativism and CIN — Circolo Italiano Negócios on your professional life?
Becoming a member of the Circolo Italiano and actively participating in CIN — Circolo Italiano Negócios — has taken my business to the next level.
The networking within CIN is unlike anything I've ever experienced: high-quality, welcoming, accessible, and truly geared towards real opportunities.
My network not only grew—it strengthened because of referrals from people who trust us.
